Before we begin any project, we provide a detailed consultation to understand your vision and requirements. This includes discussing plant selections, design options, and material choices. We strongly encourage you to carefully review all plans before approving the project.
We guarantee that all plants installed by cozyuoflame are healthy and in good condition at the time of installation. If any plant fails to thrive within 30 days due to issues present at installation, we will replace it at no additional cost.
This guarantee does not cover plant loss due to improper care, extreme weather conditions, pest damage, or other factors beyond our control. We provide comprehensive care instructions to help ensure your garden's success.
We stand behind the quality of our materials and workmanship. If you discover any defects in materials or installation within 90 days of project completion, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and make necessary repairs or replacements.
Projects may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled installation date without penalty. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before installation may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover materials already ordered and scheduling costs.
Installation schedules may be adjusted due to weather conditions that could compromise plant health or installation quality. We will work with you to reschedule at the earliest convenient time.
